Who is responsible
This site is run by Mandar Karande, an independent growth marketing consultant based in India. For anything on this page, email mandarkarande55@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you use the enquiry form
Your name, work email, phone number, and optionally your company and job title, plus whatever you write in the notes field. You choose what to put in it.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to my email inbox. If no form key is configured, the form instead opens a pre-filled draft in your own email client and nothing is sent anywhere until you send it yourself.
Why: to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long: enquiries stay in my email. I delete anything that didn’t turn into a conversation after 24 months. Ask sooner and I’ll delete it sooner.
When you book a call
The booking button sends you to Calendly, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. Whatever you enter there is held by Calendly and by me as the meeting host.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, this site uses PostHog to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not run until you press Allow on the consent bar. If you decline, or ignore it, no analytics script loads at all. Session recording is switched off.
You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which resets the consent choice.
Browser storage
This site stores two small values in your browser’s local storage: your light or dark theme preference, and your analytics consent choice. Neither leaves your device and neither is a tracking cookie.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data including your IP address in order to serve the page and protect against abuse. See Vercel’s own privacy documentation for detail.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the fonts are fetched. If you would rather that didn’t happen, a browser extension that blocks third-party font loading will stop it, and the site falls back to system fonts without breaking.
What I do not do
- I don’t sell or rent your data.
- I don’t add you to a mailing list from a form submission.
- I don’t run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
- I don’t use your data to train anything.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data I hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it’s used, and to withdraw consent. That includes rights under the EU and UK GDPR and under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

Transfers
I am based in India. The services above (Web3Forms, Calendly, PostHog, Vercel, Google Fonts) may process data outside your country, including in the US. Each operates under its own safeguards and privacy terms.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and isn’t intended for anyone under 18. I don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this notice changes materially I’ll update the date at the top. The version history is public in the site’s source repository.
