Paid engagement
The Growth Audit
A full teardown of your measurement, your campaign structure and your creative, delivered in a week. You get a written diagnosis, a ranked fix list and a 90 day plan. No retainer required.
Best if you're spending real money every month and can't fully explain your own numbers. It works as a standalone piece of work. Plenty of teams take the findings and run them in house.
What gets audited
Measurement audit
- Event parity across SDK, MMP and every ad platform
- Spend and revenue reconciliation, source by source
- Purchase de-duplication and value field checks
- SKAN and iOS setup review
- Metric definitions that don't survive scrutiny
Campaign structure audit
- Account architecture and how delivery is actually distributed
- Cohort, geo and placement performance
- Where budget is concentrated versus where it converts
- Audience overlap, exclusions and wasted reach
- Bid and budget strategy against your real objective
Creative breakdown
- What's actually working in your current creative, and why
- Hook, format and angle analysis across your live set
- Competitor creative teardown from the public ad libraries
- The gaps nobody in your category is filling
- A prioritised list of concepts to shoot next
How the week runs
Kickoff call, 30 minutes
You walk me through the product, the goal and what's been bothering you. I send an access checklist the same day.
Measurement and data
I pull raw exports and reconcile every source against every other source. Most of the ugly surprises show up here.
Structure and creative
Account architecture, cohort and geo analysis, then a full pass over your live creative and your competitors'.
Writing it up
Findings get ranked by impact and effort, not by how interesting they are. Anything I can fix quickly, I flag as a quick win.
Delivery and walkthrough
You get the written audit, the ranked fix list, the 90 day plan and a recorded walkthrough. Then a live call to argue with any of it.
A week is realistic because I've built my own analysis tooling for the repetitive parts: reconciliation, cohort pulls, creative tagging. The judgement calls are still mine. The grunt work is automated.
What you get
- A written audit you can forward to your founder or your board
- Every finding ranked by impact and by how hard it is to fix
- A 90 day plan your team can run without me
- A recorded walkthrough of the whole thing
- The raw reconciliation sheets, so you can re-run the checks yourself
What I need from you
- Read access to your ad accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, whichever apply)
- Read access to your MMP (Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Whatever dashboards or warehouse views your team uses
- A short list of the questions you most want answered
One thing worth saying upfront
The audit is a fixed-scope, paid engagement, quoted after the intro call once I know how many platforms and markets are in play. It doesn’t commit you to anything after it. A good chunk of clients take the findings, run them in house, and come back later. That works fine.
